The durable vinyl exterior with impact-absorbent soft foam gives you solid feedback on every punch while keeping your hands and wrists protected throughout your training sessions.

At 10″ in diameter with a 4″ thickness, they’re sized just right for developing proper technique. Comfortable nylon strap handles make mitt work easy, and they come with an extra nylon attachment so you can secure them to a wall for solo pad work when a training partner isn’t available.
