Orders are typically dispatched by our supplier partners within 1–2 working days. Delivery is available across the UK with rates calculated by weight at checkout.
1. Dispatch Times
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our specialist supplier partners. Estimated dispatch times are:
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday: typically dispatched same or next working day
- Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends: typically dispatched the next working day
- During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday): allow an extra 1–2 working days
2. UK Mainland Delivery
Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order:

3. Highlands & Islands
For the following postcodes, different rates apply: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands (HS, ZE, KW, IV, PA, PH, AB postcodes), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM).

4. Couriers We Use
We use a combination of Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri depending on the size and weight of your order. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Oversized Items
Some items (such as punch bags, Bo staffs, wing chun dummies) may require a specialist delivery quote due to size or weight. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping cost.
6. Failed Deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card and typically attempt delivery again on the next working day, or leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a safe location. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a further delivery charge may apply).
7. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order by logging into your account at My Account.
8. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@jdbsports.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. International Shipping
International shipping is available on request. Please email us at contact@jdbsports.co.uk to get a quote. Please provide an address and the link to the item or the name of the product you are looking to purchase.
