2. Ordering

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards). For weapons purchases, we accept card payments only — PayPal, Clearpay, and Klarna are not available for weapon orders.

4. Age Verification — Weapons

You must be 18 years or over to purchase weapons or martial arts weapons from our store. By purchasing any weapon, you confirm you are of legal age and will use the item legally and responsibly. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any weapon you purchase is legal in your area and that you store and use it safely and lawfully in accordance with UK law.

5. Delivery

Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for delivery timescales and charges. Orders are typically dispatched by our supplier partners within 1–2 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy. You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving goods.

7. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

If any item fails to meet these standards within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Within 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund. After 6 months, we may ask you to prove the fault was present at purchase.

8. Liability

JDB Sports Ltd is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Any loss exceeding the value of the goods you purchased

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
