Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For weapons purchases, we accept card payment only — PayPal, Clearpay, and Klarna are not available for weapon orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jdbsports.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once dispatched, you will need to return the item under our Returns Policy.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security. We never store your full card details.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched by our supplier partners within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery is calculated by the weight of your order and applied at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for a full breakdown of rates.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to all UK addresses including the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Different rates may apply — see our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email contact@jdbsports.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Products
Are your WKF-approved products genuine?
Yes. Our WKF-approved karate uniforms and protection are genuine, officially approved products suitable for use in WKF-sanctioned competitions. Look for the WKF Approved category for competition-legal gear.
What size uniform do I need?
Each product listing includes a size guide. As a general rule, martial arts uniforms are sized by height. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. Feel free to contact us if you need sizing advice.
Can I buy weapons if I am under 18?
No. You must be 18 or over to purchase weapons. By purchasing any weapon, you confirm you are of legal age and will use it lawfully. We reserve the right to cancel orders and request proof of age.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
