Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your JDB Sports purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@jdbsports.co.uk before returning items.
2. Our 30-Day Return Policy
We extend the statutory period — you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Not a hygiene-sensitive item (see Section 5)
3. How to Return an Item
- Email contact@jdbsports.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return and provide instructions within 2 working days
- Package items securely and send to the address we provide
- Keep your proof of postage
We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Mouthguards
- Groin guards and intimate protection
- Compression shorts worn against the skin
- Customised or personalised items
- Downloadable digital products
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Photos of the damage
We will arrange repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email within 2 working days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days
- Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank
- Refunds are made to your original payment method
8. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour (subject to stock availability). Return postage to us is at the customer’s expense. We will send the replacement free of charge on orders over £30.
9. Weapons & Restricted Items
Weapons returns must comply with UK law. Do not return weapons by standard post without prior arrangement. Contact us first to discuss safe return procedures.
