These wearable sensors sync with the POWA Boxing App to give you real-time insights into your performance, tracking punch count, speed and acceleration during bag work, pad work, shadowboxing and sparring.

Each compact sensor weighs just 12g and features an IP67 waterproof rating, so they’re built to handle serious training sessions. Secure them to your wrists with the comfortable, adjustable straps and you’ll barely notice you’re wearing them. The sensors communicate via ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy, connecting seamlessly to any iOS device (version 13.0+) or Android device (4.3+) with Bluetooth 4.0 support.

The POWA Boxing App rates every punch on a 5-star system, delivering an average punch score and total punch count after each session. All your data is automatically recorded so you can analyse trends and adjust your training accordingly. With 25 hours of battery life per charge, these sensors are ready to go the distance with you. The 40mAh battery charges via the included USB cable, and everything stores neatly in the compact charging box.
