Each mat measures 1m x 1m and comes in at 30mm thick—that’s serious cushioning for fall protection without sacrificing the foot stability you need for precise technique work.

The textured surface keeps you locked in place, whether you’re drilling strikes, practising throws, or working through your conditioning. Interlocking edges mean you can quickly assemble a custom training space of any size, and they’re just as easy to pack away when you’re done. Use them temporary or fix them down permanently—these mats work however your space demands. Edging is included. Suitable for martial arts, boxing, yoga, fitness studios and more.
