The expanded target zone features a 16.25 inch diameter, giving you plenty of room to practice punches and kicks at different heights. The low-profile base is perfect for working on those low kicks without restriction.

Built tough with 18oz nylon fabric that’s genuinely rip-proof, this bag is designed to take a beating. It’s easy to fill and empty with either water or sand depending on your preference. When filled with water, it weighs approximately 240lbs; filled with sand, approximately 300lbs. Completely portable, so you can set it up wherever you need it.
