The Cold Steel Mini Self Defence Koga SD1 is built from virtually unbreakable structural nylon, designed to give you a significant advantage in self-defence situations. With proper training, it’s an effective aid for applying leverage during joint locks and submission holds.
What really sets it apart is its role as an intermediate impact tool. It solves a common problem faced by both civilians and professionals: fist strikes can be weak or result in injury to your hand, while baton blows can cause serious harm. The SD1 bridges that gap perfectly, concentrating and magnifying the effect of your hand strikes while minimising the risk of permanent injury.
