Whether you’re drilling sparring combinations or working on precision target practice, BOB gives you a life-like mannequin to work with. The vinyl skin allows you to train with or without gloves, while the high-density urethane foam interior provides consistent feedback on every punch and strike.

Seven height adjustments (60 to 78 inches) mean you can dial in the perfect stance for your training. The heavy-duty base fills with water or sand for stability – approximately 270lbs when full – and is constructed from high-strength plastisol to handle serious workload.
